I offer FREE 15-minute consultation appointments. This allows us to get to know each other a little bit and determine if we are a good fit. 

Session Fee:  $175 / 60 minute Intake session (one- time charge)

                        $145/ 50 minute Individual session

                        $165/ 50 minute Couple session

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider which means that I am not directly contracted with any particular insurance company. However, many insurance plans do have out-of-network benefits and clients are often able to get partial reimbursement for services. I encourage you to contact your insurance company (800 number on the back of your insurance card) and ask the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I am happy to assist you with understanding your out-of-network benefits. You will be provided with the appropriate receipt/superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
